This is the story of an Uzbek young man who started as a cart-puller and went on to create a now-famous national brand. The founder of Qand, Saidakmal Vakhobov, began working at the market to help his mother.

Years later, in Tashkent, a wealthy client offered him a well-known, expensive foreign chocolate. But the taste seemed unbalanced to him. It was at that moment that he had the idea to improve the quality of the filling and replace the chocolate. This is how the first page in the story of Qand was written...
