One day, our regular guests treated us to live chocolate from England. Its incredible tenderness, softness and delicate texture amazed us. We decided to explore the secrets of making this unique delicacy and found out that the process is quite simple. The peculiarity of living chocolate is to achieve the desired consistency by combining certain ingredients at a certain temperature. Inspired by this discovery, we added our own ideas, improved the technology and created a new unique product – alive. alive is ideally combined with strong espresso or Americano, which will emphasize the tartness of chocolate and enhance its taste. Our founder also prefers to add this candy to cappuccino to create a sophisticated dessert.
