In 2018, chocolate-covered dates started gaining popularity in Tashkent. This inspired Qand to create its own product with dates. The question arose about choosing a variety of dates so that they could create the right flavor tandem with chocolate. We conducted a series of experiments and chose the perfect variety that emphasized the taste of chocolate and allowed us to create a new and unique flavor combination. It is a seasonal product that appears on display during the holy month of Ramadan.
