Ice Tashkent is an ice cream with the taste of Tashkent tea with lemon.
We really love Uzbek tea No. 95, and decided to share this idea with a friend of the brand. She jokingly said, add lemon to it, and then an epiphany came! So we turned to our partners Historia de Kubra, they produced tea specifically for this taste, and with the addition of Uzbek lemons, we were able to recreate the very taste of Tashkent tea with lemon in ice cream!
