Yurt of time

The joint collection of the Qand brand and Kazakhstan designer Saken Zhaksybayev "Fall Winter 2025. The radiance of golden threads," unites two fraternal peoples - Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. During the work, the team discovered that the poet Abai Kunanbayev was inspired by the work of Alisher Navoi - thus, the idea of reflecting the dialogue of two geniuses in the design of the boxes arose. Within the framework of the collection, a series of 20 miniature yurts - symbols of home, warmth, and unity - was created. The form is chosen as an image of the connection between two cultures, and the ornaments of each box interweave Uzbek and Kazakh motifs into a single pattern. The yurt itself seems to be assembled from many pages filled with the verses of great poets.
