There is a technology for drying fruits called sublimation. We first heard about it when we were talking to Qand consumers. At that time, this technology was not implemented in the Uzbek market, but some time later, freeze-dried fruits and berries began to appear. At that moment, we ordered all available types of freeze-dried fruits and berries, but we experimented only on raspberries, as they were the most suitable for our production. So, we have created a new product – “malina”.
